GF Holiday Meal Planning
A Choose Your Adventure
Proposition, Oh, Savoureux!

All classes are private, allowing lessons to be tailored to your needs. We will work together before your session to create a menu that suits your dietary and personal tastes. I am a Celiac and have a Celiac-Safe kitchen (no cross-contamination); I can adjust many recipes to accommodate most dietary needs except nut allergies (cross-contamination).

All courses include;

*Private master bedroom w/ensuite bath and water closet
*A light breakfast, lunch, and dinner (usually the fruits of our labor)
*All ingredients (organic, preservative-free, GMO-free, no artificial dies or flavors)
*A journal (for note-taking)
*A notebook with all the recipes we've used and GF special tips and tricks
*A list of Gluten Free grocery resources

Holiday Meal Planning:

Umm, much like Party planning, creating a GF holiday meal can not only be intimidating, it is hard; so much of our relationship to holiday food is centered on traditional, familiar tastes, scents, and textures that can often be difficult to replicate with GF cooking .... but not impossible. Of course, there is always the chance that you want to start over and create your own new holiday traditions exploring new flavors, cultures, and tastes; I love that! Together we will create a stupendous GF Holiday meal! We'll begin with a yummy breakfast, move on to a magical brunch, and create a scrumptious four-course dinner, including a pre-dinner cocktail and hor devours, culminating in a signature show stopping dessert! Be warned; everyone will be plotting for an invite!
