GF Meal Planning For
Yourself or The Family
Bring Joy Back To Meal Time!

All classes are private, allowing lessons to be tailored to your needs. We will work together before your session to create a menu that suits your dietary and personal tastes. I am a Celiac and have a Celiac-Safe kitchen (no cross-contamination); I can adjust many recipes to accommodate most dietary needs except nut allergies (cross-contamination). You will leave this course feeling confident and empowered in a private, stress-free environment. I promise you'll have fun learning to navigate this new (and sometimes overwhelming) life challenge with joy and grace!

All courses include:

*Private master bedroom w/ensuite bath and water closet
*A light breakfast, lunch, and dinner (usually the fruits of our labor)
*All ingredients (organic, preservative-free, GMO-free, no artificial dies or flavors)
*A journal (for note-taking)
*A notebook with all the recipes we've used and GF special tips and tricks
*A list of Gluten Free grocery resources

GF Meal Planning
This course is designed to give you a strong foundation. We will create five main course dishes based on you/your family's dietary and taste needs; we will make the menu together before your course; we will also create five unique, tasty, nutritious, and simple breakfast and lunch meals and what would life be without dessert and snacks ... yes, we are going there! Pre-planning will be crucial to time management, so communication is essential 30 days before your start date. We will need to agree on a menu, and I will need to shop and order the necessary supplies to ensure a smooth and productive experience for you.
