Let's Make GF Bread
Seeded Breads, Sandwich Breads,
Quick Breads, Artisan Breads

All classes are private, allowing lessons to be tailored to your needs. We will work together before your session to create a menu that suits your dietary and personal tastes. I am a Celiac and have a Celiac-Safe kitchen (no cross-contamination); I can adjust many recipes to accommodate most dietary needs except nut allergies (cross-contamination).

All courses include;

*Private master bedroom w/ensuite bath and water closet
*A light breakfast, lunch, and dinner (usually the fruits of our labor)
*All ingredients (organic, preservative-free, GMO-free, no artificial dies or flavors)
*A journal (for note-taking)
*A notebook with all the recipes we've used and GF special tips and tricks
*A list of Gluten Free grocery resources
