I've never been overly excited about chocolate chip cookies; I thought they were ok but nothing special, then I made GF Chocolate Chip Cookies, and I was hooked. Perhaps it's the different flour combinations or the GF milk chocolate chips, or maybe it is the toasted pecans. Whatever it is, it is magic, and these cookies are addicting (shamefully so)
